Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the secret21ofc platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior warning. Users are fully responsible for keeping their account information up to date. If any personal details change — such as a phone number or payment method — users are required to update this information on the platform. Failure to do so may result in delays in transaction processing or identity verification.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. secret21ofc will never request your password via email, text message, or any other communication channel — any such request should be reported to our support team immediately.

Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the secret21ofc platform are required to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any misuse of the platform — including attempts to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use unauthorised third-party software — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that could compromise the security of the platform or other users, including hacking attempts, cyberattacks, distribution of malware, or any action intended to disrupt the normal operation of the platform. Violations of this prohibition may result in legal action being taken against the user in question.
Use of this platform must at all times comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in activities offered by the platform is lawful under the local laws applicable to them. secret21ofc bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from a user's use of the platform.

Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the secret21ofc platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using any payment method supported by the platform, including online bank transfers and local e-wallets. Each deposit will be processed within the timeframe applicable to the chosen payment method, and users will receive a confirmation once the transaction is successful.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction. secret21ofc reserves the right to revise these limits at any time. Users are required to ensure that the payment method used is registered in their own name — the use of another person's bank account or e-wallet is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests will be processed by secret21ofc in accordance with its internal verification procedures. Users may be required to provide identity verification documents before their first withdrawal or for requests that exceed certain limits. This verification process is part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance.
All withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's own name. secret21ofc reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request if there is reasonable cause to believe the transaction involves suspicious activity or a breach of the platform's terms.
Liability Limits & Account Policies
Secret21ofc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this platform — including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access beyond our control. All services are provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties.
In the event of an account suspension or closure, secret21ofc reserves the right to take such action without prior notice where there is substantive evidence that a user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a threat to the security of the platform or other users. Any legitimate remaining balance in a closed account will be processed in accordance with the platform's internal procedures, subject to the outcome of the review conducted.
Users who are dissatisfied with an account closure or suspension decision may submit a written appeal to the secret21ofc support team. Each appeal will be reviewed fairly, and a response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe. The final decision upon completion of the review is conclusive and binding.

Users are advised to read and understand the relevant third-party terms of service before using them, as these fall outside our control and responsibility.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Malaysia. secret21ofc reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any such changes shall take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
